6 months!!!

Owen turned six months old on Saturday. It's hard to believe that this adventure has been going on this long. And, at the same time, I can't even really remember what life was like before him (other than that I slept in a lot more). So much has happened already in these first six months.

We celebrated ute event with Uncle Lyle and cousins Cale and Dane. Kris made us some home-made pizza (which was delicious) and I made something called "Hot chocolate cake". It was sinful. 10 oz of chocolate and melter mini marshmallows on top. We lit six candles on the cake and the boys helped Owen blow them out.



Even though we said presents weren't necessary, there were a couple of presents.


Owen helped to unwrap them: a cute two piece sweater/pant set, and a dump truck that clicks as it rolls and has little balls in the back that pop when you drive it.
